- 1 cup fresh cheese
- 6 crackers.
Third day
Breakfast
- an Apple
- 30 grams of cheddar cheese
- Five crackers
- Black tea or coffee.
Food
- Natural tuna can
- 1 cup of carrots
- 1 cup cauliflower
- 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream dessert.
- In mid afternoon
- An apple and a tea
Dinner
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 1 slice whole-wheat toast.
