Dinner
  • 1 cup fresh cheese
  • 6 crackers.

Third day
Breakfast
  • an Apple
  • 30 grams of cheddar cheese
  • Five crackers
  • Black tea or coffee.

Food
  •  Natural tuna can
  • 1 cup of carrots
  • 1 cup cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream dessert.
  • In mid afternoon
  • An apple and a tea

Dinner
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 1 slice whole-wheat toast.
